​My approach to healing is gentle, compassionate, and body-centered, emphasizing the profound connection between mind and body in the recovery process. As your healing partner and guide, I support you in tuning into your body's innate wisdom, fostering deeper internal awareness and resilience.​

 

Grounded in somatic practices, we focus on the felt sense—the internal bodily sensations that serve as gateways to understanding and healing. Through mindful attention to body sensations, breath awareness, self-touch, movement, and grounding techniques, we work together to develop tools for embodiment. These practices are designed to help you release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a sense of safety and presence within yourself. ​

 

By identifying and building upon your inherent strengths, we address your unique needs and aspirations, paving the way for growth and transformation. This collaborative process not only enhances your connection with yourself but also lays the foundation for authentic, fulfilling relationships with others. Bodywork that focuses on releasing tension and trauma from the body's connective tissue.
